Intervals is a Web-based time tracking, task management and project management service designed and developed for web designers, graphic designers, web developers, creative agencies, IT services and similar small businesses that bill on an hourly or per project basis. Intervals is also widely adopted by in-house creative and IT departments who are held accountable for their budgets and therefore require precise and consistent time tracking and task management. Intervals was launched in 2005 and is used in over 100 countries.

Comprehensive Time Tracking
Intervals uniquely integrates time tracking with task and project management functionality. Time can be tracked against tasks or projects, but it can also be tracked by type of work completed and by a free form associative category known as modules.
